- Defend: It's when a minion is attacked but not destroyed and performs a counterattack.

- Discard: It's sending a card from your hand to the discard deck.
- Dump: It's sending the top card of your deck to the discard deck.
- Shuffle: It’s sending a card from any zone (Discard deck, Play Zone, Hand) to the deck. It also results in the deck card list being shuffled into a new order.
- Unique: You can only have one copy of this card in your deck.
- Invulnerable: It prevents the minion or mage from receiving any damage in battle, but it can be destroyed, shuffled, or lose life points due to card abilities.
- Barrier: It generates resistance, causing it to receive less damage in battle compared to its barrier points. Also, it gives protection to spells or abilities that damage the card. However, it doesn’t protect the henchman against an effect produced by its ability or by effects of cards that shuffle or Destroy it immediately.
- Draw: It's taking a card from your deck and placing it in your hand, as long as the hand card limit is respected.
